We have room for 2-3 cars max. Please do not back up the driveway - others have tried and caused damage to our neighbors yard. 

A refundable security deposit of $300 is required. This will be due 7 days prior to check in. <br />

If all real and personal property are in the same condition upon departure, as when occupancy commenced, the damage deposit will be returned to Renter within 7 days of checkout.

We have an electronic lock at the front door. We will provide an access code 48 hours prior to your arrival. 

If you will be arriving later than 10pm please let us know ahead of time.

We are available as needed by our guests. We are just a short drive away.

Really everything you will need in the kitchen. If not, let us know and we can provide it.

Quiet, lakefront spot but just a few miles from the Clinton ferry and shops, restaurants.

Great outdoor space with room for games (bocce provided), fire pit, hot tub, private dock to the lake, deck with outdoor dining and enclosed dog area. 

We do welcome children but please be aware of our lakefront location. There is a dock in the yard that leads directly to the deep water. Please ask if you have any questions. 

We do allow dogs. Approval is required at the time of booking. Cats and other animals are not permitted at any time. 

Please let us know if you plan to have any day guests. We don't mind a few if we know ahead of time. Parking is limited. Large gatherings are not permitted at any time. 

We are a small, family run vacation management company on Whidbey Island. We have been in business since 2004. We are only about 10 minutes away from the homes that we manage and available 24x7 for all of our guests. 

Great lake views from nearly every room in the house.
